Jakarta — Indonesian immersive technology company Metasmesta is exploring a strategic business collaboration with Schneider Electric Indonesia to advance the use of virtual reality (VR) and digital twin technologies across industrial sectors.

During an initial meeting, representatives from both organizations expressed mutual interest in developing tailored VR solutions, implementing digital twin technology for infrastructure monitoring, and identifying operational areas that can be optimized through the integration of immersive and data-driven technologies.
The proposed collaboration will focus on creating industry-specific VR applications designed to enhance training, operational planning, and decision-making processes. Meanwhile, digital twin implementation is expected to enable real-time monitoring of physical assets, predictive maintenance, and performance simulation to improve efficiency and reliability.

Both parties believe the partnership could deliver innovative solutions that strengthen industrial competitiveness and provide significant value to customers in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Aprian Rizki Fauzi, Chief Marketing and PR of Metasmesta, stated that the exploration reflects the company’s commitment to driving digital transformation through practical and scalable technologies.
“We see strong synergy between Metasmesta’s immersive technology capabilities and Schneider Electric Indonesia’s expertise in energy management and automation. Through VR and digital twin integration, we aim to help industries visualize operations more effectively, optimize performance, and accelerate innovation in a measurable way,” he said.
If realized, the partnership is expected to contribute to the broader acceleration of industrial digital transformation in Indonesia by combining immersive experience technology with intelligent infrastructure management.
